last time i flew British Airways was oh...30 years ago or so...

but i just got a really good offer for business class on BA to NYC via Heathrow...

anyone been on BA recently?

what do you think of them?

all comments are most welcome!! :goodvibes

Always subjective really - flown BA last two trips and found them to be great AVOD was good food was average flight stuff. Never had a problem with them.

Their staff were excellent though, but sometimes just luck of the draw with flights - whether you get a delay, encounter staff having a bad day, end up sat next to a family from hell! - all of which are out of your control.

I very much view the flight as a way of getting to my destination, it's tiring, boring, not the most comfortable, mediocre food and a tiny TV to watch. (although in Business Class you will get a more comfy seat and bigger screen :rotfl:)

Gosh it seems the last time we flew BA Business Class was actually Feb/Mar 2010 it didn't seem that long ago but I forgot we flew Delta last year. Anyway the flights were really good - we love the the food and service on BA Business Class and we've booked to go BA Business to Miami at the end of August and then I go again in November direct to Orlando.

Usually a good menu - I love the afternoon tea service of scones and clotted cream. I like their flat beds too and the little screens that you can put up between seats.

thanks! sounds ok then..
their price is $1,300 cheaper than delta.....i was shocked when the price came up...BA is usually more than other airlines...at least in my experience...

BA Club World is a wonderful way to fly and if you can get a good deal then I would highly recommend it. The food and drink on board is excellent, and it's a great way to start and end your holiday.

Glad to hear that. I've been a KLM man for years but the Business Class deals offered by BA a few weeks ago were impossible to pass by. ;)
