Having read the TCD movie thread, I thought I'd check and see what BA will be showing on board this month.

I know, it's a very minor thing in the grand scheme of things but I'm going to have a moan anyway :teeth: . I think the movie choices this summer are garbage! I usually find something I enjoy during the flight, usually 2 movies actually. I'll be struggling this coming Thursday though.

1. Movie She's the Man
2. Movie 16 Blocks
3. Movie Wah-Wah
4. Movie V for Vendetta
5. Movie Take the Lead
6. Movie Eight Below
7. Movie The Bourne Identity
8. TV Comedy
9. TV Explore
10. TV Sport V
11. Family Movie Ice Age: The Meltdown
12. TV Cartoon Network

No kids in our group but I may have watched Ice Age 2 except that we took our whole school (I'm a teacher) to see it just 2 weeks ago as an end of year treat.

I have to agree with you - I haven't even heard of most of those films. Make sure you take a good book or two or some music!

The Bourne Identity is excellent, but a few years old now - the rest I haven't heard of.

I've seen better I must admit!!

I love movies, the esapism, the fun, the tears - much better than TV IMHO. As for the selection below:

1. Movie She's the Man - Garbage.
2. Movie 16 Blocks - Top Banana!!!
3. Movie Wah-Wah - Anything with Gabriel Byrne and Richard E Grant involved has to be watched!
4. Movie V for Vendetta - Not everyones cuppa but worth a watch
5. Movie Take the Lead - Dull. Even if you like dancing!
6. Movie Eight Below - Great Disney family film!!!!!!!!!!
7. Movie The Bourne Identity - Top banana!

The last time we went I had the pleasure of watching "Team America:World Police" 3 times. :thumbsup2 :thumbsup2

I love movies too - rarely get the time to watch them on the flight though, too busy keeping Josh happy with his portable DVD
