Obviously this won't make or break my cruises, but do you think I can carry on double if I'm doing B2B?

We went on a b2b Med/Trans via the Magic and Disney treated each cruise separately. We took two bottles each of wine in our luggage for the first leg and none on the second...nursed the bottles through the 19 days. Stayed in the same room for both cruises so did not need to take any luggage off the ship during the switch-over. Believe we could have brought aboard another two bottles each if we wanted to buy them in Barcelona for the last leg.

They probably won't let you carry double the wine on for the first leg, but they will store the extra bottles for you and you can pick those up for the second leg. I believe excess beer/wine plus any liquor stored at embarkation is picked up on the ship the same as any liquor purchased during the cruise and stored, but I'm not 100% on that. Be sure to ask where to pick up the excess bottles if they do make you store it for the first leg.

Don't forget that you can bring aboard 2 more bottles at each port stop, not just embark.
