I found a real feet saver that I thought I'd share with my fellow diser. Any ladies who spend a lot of time walking the park should check this out.

Ok first I just want to say that no I do not sell Avon. ..infact I hardly ever buy anything from them. I do however LOVE flip flops....I must have more then 30 pair..... everything from dressed up flip flops to ones you wear to the pool and everything in between. A co-worker who knows about my fundness for flops recommened them. At the time they were on special 2 for $10. They are green and blue flip flops and the soul area is covered in terry cloth. The best thing I bought in months. I took my nephew and two of his friends to the zoo last week and wore them, I wanted to see if they would be Disney worthy. 5 hours of chasing around three very active kids in 90 degree heat, with a lot of up hill paths, and my feet felt great! Not only was terry cloth soft and comfortable but it absorbs sweat so my feet were s fresh as can be (I'm sure yall wanted to hear about my sweaty feet sorry ). They are a lot lightier and cooler then sneakers that I usualy wear in the parks and they also look cutier. They are diffently going to Disney with me.

I do sell Avon and I *love* these! I have sold over 20 pairs so far this summer- just of these particular ones. I'm glad you like them.

And try putting them (in a bag) in the freezer. They make special ones with gel insoles that stay cool for hours, but even regular ones will stay cool for 5-10 minutes in the freezer. It's a nice feeling for overworked feet.

I like the company because I feel like quality is good and pricing is fair.

The terry cloth is a really good idea, but I don't like to have hard plastic between my toes, which is why I usually buy flip flops with cloth straps. But, for most other people they look comfy to wear around the parks or pool.

I too love flip flops and are so used to wearing them that I could go hiking in them if I wanted to. I am going to go to the Avon website now, thanks

Thanks, rosiejo, I like those. I think there's a woman in the neighborhood that sells Avon. Maybe I can get a pair from her & ask her about the gel ones, too.
