This is what I call customer service.....
I called to see if I could keep my code rate and get a package, so that I could have the dining plan....
The CM, Allison Jean, did some research and came back and I said I could. (Which by the way contradicts some info I posted before from a CM, where he said a discount can never be applied to a package) She tried entering it in the computer, but was unable to get it to work. She tried for me for about 10 minutes and was just unable to get their system to take it. She said it might be because my room code was already tied to another reservation.
I thanked her and decided I would call back at another time when I knew for sure if I wanted to change from room-only to a package and do the whole cancel and re-book business.
Well, I am starting to wash dishes and my phone rings...the caller ID reads "Walt Disney World Reservations" and I told my husband to get the phone because Mickey Mouse was calling me.
Well, it was Allison Jean on the line and she had figured out the issue. She told me that she created a new reservation just for pricing and wanted to let me know the cost. She told me that it was really bothering her that she was unable to give me the information I needed and wanted to research it further...so she did and called me to tell me what she found.
That is some serious customer service.
Allison Jean, Kinsey and Pauline Marie and the most wonderful CMs I have spoken to. They are truly an asset to Disney CRO.
