Bugs Life and Honey I Shunk the Audience are both intense for SOME kids (my kids were fine). As is Stitch.
Another big mistake is getting on Snow White first - its to be worked up to.
Dinosaur was much more intense last trip than I remembered.
We went last year with two kids who were scared of EVERYTHING. Seriously, Figment was too much for them (older kids, too - seven and eight). My kids have never been scared of A Bugs Life - we skip it because we find it really dull.
Its really worthwhile when travelling with kids to get a guidebook for kids (Kim Wright Wriley's Disney World with Kids) which is say "this one is dark" "this one is loud." And to have a plan to work up to things - ideally, the first 3D movie would be Philharmagic or the Muppet Movie - if the kids can't handle those (the kids were were traveling with didn't like Philharmagic!) they aren't handling Bugs Life.
(And, if you are eeked out by bugs - its is A Bugs Life).

Oh my gosh! She FREAKED! Screamed like crazy-like nothing I'd ever seen her do!
I covered her ears and she burrowed her head under my arm with her eyes closed and crying.... I learned my lesson that day....
