Avoid MK on MLK day?

Do the local schools have Martin Luther King Jr day off? I'm wondering if it's a bad day for MK. Anyone know? TIA!

Haven't done mlk in 5 year yes it was more crowded then other days but it was mnagable
So many factors that I don't think the park predictions are very accurate

I agree - more crowded than most other days in January but very manageable. Strategic use of fast pass and rope drop arrival would help on MLK weekend.
