Has anyone ever used K199060, which comes from a major Florida tourism organization? It is on mousesavers. I was wondering what organization this is from and if you need to present anything upon arrival at the rental counter.

It really is a great deal. This will be the first time we use Avis. Normally, book with Alamo, but they are twice as much.

If you are renting the car for a week there is a 35.00 off a weekly rental listed on the avis website that you can add. The coupon code is MUWA003(Zero Zero Three). The price will still show the same but it notes on the reservation that the coupon will be applied at time of rental. This may save you an additional 35.00.

finally got a good rate. Sept 20-27. Got compact for 175.00 taxes incl. As a preferred avis customer, they may upgrade to a larger car. Avis also tends not to require an addition driver fee as well according to mousesavers

Darn it! The best rate I've found so far for a full size is Dollar. 11 days (9-12 to 9-23) $407.00 inc. all fees. Dollar is $537 and Avis (using codes mentioned) is $472. Now their price for a minivan is less but I'm still not willing to pay $652 for a mini van. This just might be the year we use ME!
