Avis at Hilton DTD; has anyone used them?

We are thinking of renting a car at Avis at the Hilton DTD to drive to the Port for a cruise. Has anyone done this? Will they pick you up? Or is it better to walk from DTD?

I've used this location many a time, but always for drop-off. They do have a courtesy shuttle that will return you to your hotel so I'm sure that you would be able to have them pick you up at your hotel at the start of a rental.

Walking from DTD is also easy to do here and might work out well if you were planning on doing some shopping anyway.
