Avis at DTD Hilton shuttle

was thinking about doing a one-way rental: pickup at MCO, then dropoff at Hilton.

i read about Avis at the Hilton having some kind of complimentary shuttle...

so after we dropoff our rental at the Hilton, would they be able to take us back to some location on WDW property?
such as the TTC or the Boardwalk or our resort, AKL for example?

or would we be stuck having to walk to DTD to catch a Disney bus?

bump! anyone have any experience with dropping off at Avis Hilton and needing to get back to your resort?

I did this in June. I dropped family off at the DTD Movies and went to drop off car, the shuttle van was not available, I was told it would be 45 minutes or longer, so i walked back to the movies in the pouring down rain. If you go to hilton later you can catch the disney transportation buses, they will drop you off at the depot and transfer to your hotel if its on disney property. If not just plan on waiting for the shuttle to available.

what did you mean by having to wait for the shuttle to be available?
what time of day did you drop off your car?

we would need to return it in the afternoon.

also, what did you mean by depot?


anyone else have experience with the Avis Hilton shuttle?
