avg /trojan/ virus vault question

according to my avg software-- it isolated a trojan virus in sept off my computer and there it sits


wha tdo i do now--- do i
1) empty the vault
2) delete file
3)restore file
4) do nothing-- since its been isolated

help-- i'm very confused

thank you-- it let me delete it and when i ranran my virus software-- it didn't pick up any viruses--
