Average price for two

on a cruise in the summer? I am not trying to be nosey but am curious.

I received a quote for 1871.90 for a cat 9, 1570.90 for an inside cabin.4 day cruise in June 03

To me this is high but is it the norm price?

Oops...just saw it was for 4 days.

For the 7 day, category 12 we were quoted $799 each.

Then, we just got it reduced for Florida Resident rates and up to category 11 (not that it matters).

I've never stayed above a category 10 so I'm not sure about your deal.

It sounds about right. I have a cat. 9 on a 4 day for around $2300 (don't remember the exact #,) and that includes one child. Subtract the child fee and it would be about the same. Perhaps you could see about one of the secret port hole rooms. There is info on another thread about those.
