Is there any way to see what the average price of an Uber/Lyft might be for a specific day and time?

Trying to save a little money on my next trip, but the last time I tried to use one of them from MCO to my resort it was a Friday night, and the cost was over $100 one way. Trying to figure out if it may be the same arriving on a Thursday night. If so, I may as well stick with using a towncar service.

You can go on the uber app and put in MCO as the starting point and the hotel you want to go to. Do it on the night of the week and time you are arriving to see what the cost will be. It will only be an estimate but should give you an idea. We are tired of trying to estimate how much it will be as we have paid as low as $30 and high just over $100. We now rent a car from alamo to drop off at the Disney car care center the next day. At the end of our trip the day before we pick up a car from the car care center to go back to the airport the next day. It gives us the ability to do a little shopping and get back to the airport on our time and not have to worry about someone else to get us there. Last trip that option totaled $120 for us. For us this works great.

Not sure any kind of 'average' for those online taxi services means anything. Have seen threads where people talk about 'surge pricing' which is likely for times when there is a greater demand. We prefer to rent a car at Disney since it gives us more flexibility on where to go to eat/shop/sightsee. Don't always know ahead of time where exactly we will want to go and when, so having our own car makes more sense for us. Eating off-site from Disney can be a LOT cheaper and offset some of the cost of renting.

We do something similar. The cost is comparable to most other transportation options, and you have the convenience of a car for 24 hours after arriving and before departing, so you can head off-site for shopping, etc.
