Avatar Resizing!

My avatar is 51 x 51 pixels when it needs to be 50 x 50! And can it be transparent too? *lol*...I'm asking so much, sorry. Can someone help me out though? Thanks a bunch...

Here it is in a 50X50 format, but I couldn't change it to a transparent background without rebuilding it frame by frame.

Let me know if you need any help setting it up for display as your avatar.
