You have to be registered for one of the previews, which are all full now.

What you are calling "soft openings" are previews for specific guests who own a DVC or an Annual Pass. It's probable that proof would have to be provided on arrival. There is no ticket that you could purchase. We couldn't even make a reservation for anyone who didn't have an active AP on record even though we will have someone in our party who is not. All the previews are fully booked and there was no option to cancel so Disney is operating on the premise that all previews will be full.
