Can someone please help me figure out how to upload a pic of mine as my avatar? I've tried it several times, but keep getting the "file is too big" error message. Please help!

Not sure about Avatars, but any pictures downloaded directly to the boards now must be smaller than 1MB. Is yours that small?

You can't create an Avatar until you have 10 posts. And there is a time delay (maybe 30 minutes or so) after you have actually achieved that milestone.
