In 2019 FOP had 5 hour waits and most people indicating they could not get a FP. Depending on arrival dares and stay affects any. Ability to get a FP to the major attractions. FOP is documented as the most popular and hard to get so it will be hard to get one. If capacity on rides is limited then it will become harder possibly but they could scale that with park capacity.
Disney is conservative and takes safety seriously so I don’t think they will be at full capacity by Christmas because they won’t want to damage their brand.
If people think this virus just magically disappears and it is an afterthought in a few months from now then you are going to be mistaken. Disney is staying shut for a month after universal so that tells you allot. Plus Disneyland has no plans or date yet so they are being cautious and I don’t blame them.
