Avalible Rooms?

Is there anyway to see if a certain room is avalible before you book? I'm going to Coronado Springs resort from november 9-16 with me extended family . We want a jr. suite and three standard rooms all together (we can only do that in either 8b or 9b). But I dont even know if a jr. suite in 8b or 9b is avalible for the time we are going. Also will they guarantee us rooms together if we book as a grand gathering?

No, room assignments aren't done til a week before your arrival date, they can just confirm the type of room you need is available when you book. I know you can request they be together, not sure how the resort would handle putting 4 rooms together though, guess it would depend on the load the week you are going and what's available. Hopefully someone with better knowledge on the topic will join in.

Grand Gatherings do get priority as far as getting the rooms together. Call GG and have them book it all at once. They do not like it if you book the rooms separately online and then want to make them into a GG.

They'll tell you if a jr suite is available when you book-- you can't book something that's not available.
