Avaliabilty questions??

We are planning to go to WDW in June but are waiting for our contract, it is out for ROFR. We will be past the month mark. We are flexible with dates and don't care where we stay but I'm just wondering how "easy" is it to get places in June.

It's not super tough. Oct through NYs is the toughest DVC time. Then, when kids are out of school is the next toughest. You will be around 6.5-8 months out when you can book? You should be able to get SSR, AKV and OKW as well as, maybe, some other random places.

At 7 months out quite a bit will be open including BWV pool/garden, BLT lake view, VWL and even BCV for most of the month. The more you go beyond the 7 month window the more your choices will become limited to OKW, SSR or AKV standard or savanna view.
