I just became a DVC member. We are HH members but can either Transfer points to a DVC member or make reservations for non-DVC members.
We have points as below. Points available with December Use Year are as follows:
1) 22 Banked from 2003 - to be used by 11/30/2004
2) 150 points of 2004 use year
3) An a possible option we could make available the 2005 use year points.
Rental cost per point = $11/point. Personally, I would like to have received all payment by end of April or early May so that if I cant rent it, I can Bank into the next year.
For non-members, payment method:
a) Some payment (possibly 50% by Cashiers check) after reservation confirmation. I will send you the original reservation once it is made.
b) The remaining payment to be received also by Cashiers check by 60 days before Arrival date.
For DVC members, payment method to be discussed.
I would be happy to give you references as needed.
