Availability of rent villas through Disney same as for DVC members?

Let me try to explain. If I search the Disney World website for my dates and check availability at *, I see studios and 1 bedrooms available. Does that mean there are no 2 bedrooms left at all or might there still be 2 bedrooms available to DVC owners? Wondering if there are two separate pools to book villas- one for DVC owners and another for Disney to rent out as hotel rooms. Reason I am asking is that I am currently renting points from a DVC member and have a rez at * where she owns. Hoping to switch to * at 7 month mark if there is availabilty. Trying to see if checking the Disney World website for availability of 2 bedrooms villas makes sense since I am renting through DVC owner. Hope I was clear.

Two totally different inventories. You can't compare the two. Hope that helps.

No, they're two completely separate inventories. Any villas you see on the Disney reservation site are not available for booking with points. And as a non-member, you don't have any way to see availability in the member inventory.

So, seeing available villas on the Disney site does not mean there are any available for DVC members.
