availability in September

I am just trying to decide where to stay in early September and on the Disney site they say that AK and Cor are not available at that time. Does this mean it will be really busy or is there something going on that I don't know about?

the website has problems.

it is best to call them.

the only thing I know for sure is the bonceback promotion they did last Sept. but I really doubt enough people wanted AKL or CSR to make them full.

there are some conventions in Sept - that might explain CSR. but certainly not AKL. by next Sept the dvc work on the resort will be done. So that is not part of the problem.
