Availability for next year

I am just wondering how likely it is to get a studio at SSR for a week at the start of May next year, if I book in August/September this year?

I don't think you will have any problem at all.

Last year, we were able to get a studio at SSR for May 12-19, 2007 at 11 months out.
Heck, I'm sure there were rooms still available at 7 months out.
The resort was not full while we were there.

We managed to get a studio at SSR for this past Memorial day weeked (3 nites) at only 4 months out (we booked in January) which somewhat suprised us. Not sure for a week.

I booked a studio May 12-19 2007 at SSR in March of 07....

I got the end of April this year at three months out, and even October(F & W) is still showing some availability for this year, so you shouldn't have any trouble at all.

If I were you I wouldn't wait any longer than October to make the ressie. Who knows what airfare prices will be like next year . .. . I would just pick some dates that work for you and make the ressie.
