Availability for 3BR at OKV 7 months out?

I am wondering what the availability for 3 bedrooms is like at OKW. I think this is a good deal since it is less points than the 3 bedrooms at other resorts, but want to know if it is difficult to get 7 months out? Wondering if I need to buy in at OKW through resale to be able to plan to use the 3 bedroom vacation home with my extended family.

Also a comparison of the 3 bedroom vacation homes at different resorts would be helpful - I have only stayed in the 2BRs.

There are only 27 Grand Villas at OKW, so they do book up quickey. They are certainly the largerst Grand Villas of any DVC. However, people have had success trading in, it really depends upon when you plan to travel.
