Availability at VWL?

We are in the process of buying at VWL and at another timeshare (a compromise). We would like to go to FL this spring for a week off-site and spend a couple of week nights at VWL while we are there. How far in advance do we have to plan, to be able to get into the VWL? Is April or May far enough ahead (if we ask now), or will it be full? We are thinking of a 1 BR. Haven't seen it yet, and want to know how soon we can do this!

I'm not sure about April or May but last week for June everything but one bedrooms was gone. This was the case for VWL and BWV unless MS was mistaken. So maybe the one bedrooms don't go as quickly as the others? Good luck, and if the purchase was through Disney directly I believe you can go ahead and make a ressie now before you close. Someone pleases correct me if I'm wrong.
