Availability at RIV as owners

I was just curious from people who own RIV what the availability is like at 11 months and under? I was looking at availability online yesterday for DVC and it looks like this resort seems to be one of the least available. Do you have problems booking any of the room categories? I’m considering buying here but don’t want to if I’m going to get stressed every time I want to book a trip at 11 months.

Right now they are booking up a lot of the resort on discounted cash or moving guests from Deluxe resorts that haven't opened to RIV. It will all depend on the number of villas declared into inventory. Not sure that is a very high number at this time.

I have not had a problem getting things at 11 months but I was one right at 8 am to get SV studios for early December,

I wasn’t sure I’d i was going to get a tower studio for January so I walked it for a few weeks but once my actual date came, I realized it was not necessary as it was there to book still at 8:30 am,

Booking PV went fast too but not like SV and early December is the busiest DVC time,

The rest of my bookings, for April and August were not an issue at all.

From what I have seen, it seems like standard studios go the quickest, then the tower studio is next. Im sure they can easily swap. I think the tower studios cost too many points for what you get. Granted when we go there are 4 in our party, but if it was just me and my DW, we would rather stay in a deluxe studio and enjoy the space, a few of them are even cheaper than a tower studio.
