Availability and changing resort?

We booked the ASM suite for end of October/beginning November, but really wanted to stay in Art of Animation suite (any) which is booked up. Is there ever openings after they are sold out and is there days that are best to check?

Cancellations can/do occur. Keeping checking. There's no particular day that's better to check than another, but 45 days (deadline for 2015 packages) and 5 days (deadline for room-only ressies) out from your arrival date are good ones to check.

As the pp said, keep checking as availability can/does change (although there aren't any specific days to check as something can become available at any time).

As you get closer to the 45 day mark, which is when packages are due to be paid off, you might see some availability open up. But in truth, things can open up at any time. I would just try to take a few minutes and check each day.
