Thanks everyone! I think I will get the coupon and wait for a sale and give it a try. I do not have a water softener. I am going to try the cornstarch and water idea too. Sounds good. Thanks

I bought mine a few weeks ago. I sprayed myself in the face, too! (There ought to be a club for that.) I was just a little too curious about how it worked. Surprisingly, it didn't even sting my eyes.

Anyway, I had really bad soap scum build-up and it didn't really make a dent in two weeks. However, I used the regular foaming Scrubbing Bubbles to remove the stains, and then continued using the automatic sprayer and it hasn't come back. I think it works better as maintenance cleaning than "from-scratch" cleaning.
