Automatic Refresh

Hi -

I've read several posts where people say they have an automatic refresh set. Can somebody please share with me how to do this? I use Google Chrome on my MacBook Air and my Dell laptop. I also use Internet Explorer and Microsoft Edge on my Dell laptop.

Google "chrome extension automatic refresh". There are several to choose from. I have not personally used any of them, so cannot recommend any particular one.
