Automatic doors

I have to say these things frustrate me. I guess I walk too fast or something. I have to throw on the brakes to wait on those things to open. I've lost track of how many doors I've walked into because I misjudged the timing of the opening of those doors. Anyone else have problems waiting on them to open?

I hate when they don't open for me. It makes me feel like I am not relly there The other day that happened to me and another woman walked up and the doors opened. I felt invisable

I have 2 speeds-GO and STOP. Nothing in between.

Jana, that happens to me all the time. I walk up to the automatic mat thing and NOTHING happens, I back up and approach it again and sometimes it'll open, sometimes it won't. On doors with handles, I just pull the handle, but not all doors have handles. It's like getting a busy server message on the dis-I think I'm being locked out.

I have sotod in front of an automatic door waiting for it to open and saying "I am here can't you see me. I am not a non person. Hey door can't you see me?" I had the guy behind me rolling laughing

Last month I had 2 days off (besides the weekends). But I was in pain from my mouth. Do those count Lea Ann? I'm more rushed on my days off than my days at work anyway.
