I'd be interested in the answer to this also. Unfortunately, I don't know of any resort that has automatic doors on HA rooms, but maybe I haven't found them.

I’ve seen the auto doors in Poly, Copper Creek and Grand Floridia. So maybe Disney is *SLOWLY* revamping all the handicap rooms to have these?

I have experienced the automatic doors on rooms at the Yacht Club and the garden wing of the Contemporary.

I've stayed at BLT several times in accessible rooms and have not seen automatic doors. I'll be there again this summer and can update if that's changed, but I doubt it.
