You mean the touch screens? Captain Cook's at the Polynesian and I believe the Contemporary's Contempo Cafe uses them for info of anyone who might be looking resort-wide and not just at the parks.

Yes it's true that the Contempo Cafe is the other resort counter service location to have a touch screen ordering system.

Do these kiosks have big lines at peak times? Something tells me that they really don't. The rental line for the car rental can have a huge line but there are always open kiosks. Do these let you get your order faster?

The Pecos Bill automated ordering line was shorter and the ordering process was much quicker than ordering with a CM, but it wasn't any faster getting the food. It took 15 min. to get our food. I think it had more to do with the confused and painfully slow CMs who fill the orders rather than the ordering method.

The only one we have used is Pecos Bills, and there is never a line at the kiosk.

At Pecos Bills, you pay at the kiosk, where you slide your credit card, room card or gift card through.

At the Poly and Contemporary, you pay at the cashier afterward as you can grab drinks, bakery items, etc after you order your meal from the kiosk.
