Autograph Pluto: how much and where? Downtown Disney?

How much are those autograph Pluto dogs, and where can I find them? I don't remember ever seeing them in Downtown Disney, but surely they must sell them there. We're doing a character bfast first thing, so we'll need to get it right away.

Saw them at a kiosk just outside Chef Mickey's at the Contempory and I think they were $18. Saw them a couple other places, but did not see them at Worlds of Disney (but wasn't really looking either). They may be at the Empororium on Main St. Good luck!
