Autograph books

We will be going to USO next week and my children want to collect autographs like they do at WDW. Is it possible to get books when we arrive down there (we are staying at the HRH)? Know they will be more expensive, but with our great hotel rates we can splurge!

You can get autograph books at nearly every Universal gift shop and kiosk. I'm not sure if they sell them at HRH or not.

There are two autograph books available at UO. One has images of the park on the cover and sells for $4.99. The other comes as a set of autograph book and pen in a plastic carrying case. The book has a green cover with Woody on it, and a green pen that matches. It sells for $7.99.

They are available at most Universal owned gift shops. There is no Universal owned shop at the HRH...but there is one at PBH and two at RPR. If not, you can get them when you enter the park.

This is the same book they had 2 years ago. I wish they'd have another choice so that for this summer's trip, I won't have to have the same Woody book again.

There's also the Islands of Adventure passport book, which is broken down by island, that a lot of the kids like.

It looked like Epcot's World Showcase stamp book, but it can be used for autographs.

Thanks to everyone for their responses. Is there a kiosk at Citywalk where books can be purchased? We will be arriving in the evening and I would love to get them when we go for dinner.

I think the kiosk in front of wheelchair rentals at the parking garage sells them. The Universal Store in Citywalk may have them too.

In the "hub" between the two parking garages, the Hub Cart does normally carry the autograph books, but if you are arriving at night, it may be closed at that time. There are a number of carts at CityWalk that may carry them, but I dont remember seeing them at the Universal Store. Also, if you are flying in, both Universal Stores at the airport carry them I believe. Although one of the stores (the one across from the new disney store on the side closest to Delta) is closing soon.

As far as changing the look of them. They are staying the same for the forseeable future...mainly due to the fact that this is a top seller at pretty much any shop that has them, and you dont want to mess with something that aint broke!

DD is 11, was 8 on last trip to WDW, this will be first to Uni. Is she too old to collect autographs? She used to love it. ( we have 3 or 4 full books from WDW)

No way... I've had many a teenager come up to me requesting an autograph!
