Can anyone tell me the cost of the autograph books found in the parks? Also how much are the "fat" Mickey pens?

The basic blue autograph books are 6.95. I think the larger Princess ones are about $10. I think the Mickey pens are $2.50 or $3, depending on style.
The new blue autograph books have an elastic loop to hold the pen - a nice upgrade from the previous version!
