We arestaying at the Cheyenne this April - will we get an autogragh book for my daughter with the hotel room (booked direct with Disney) or will we have to buy this as extra.

Is it worth (and is this possible) buying one beforehand eg from ebay ... how much are they etc ?

You wont get one in your hotel room. You will be able to pick one up in the hotel shop or at almost every shop in the parks :goodvibes I am sure they are about 8 euros.

A notebook of any sort will work though :)

I got a Mickey Mouse notebook from WH Smith very cheaply, they had Mickey pens too.

Are these thebooks with a photo slip on the left hand side and blank paper on the right - so the characters can sign the right and your photo can go in the left (hope that makes sense !)

They sell both types at DLRP, in almost every single shop, both in the parks, village, and hotels.

The basic type (blank notebook) is about 5 euros.
There is a lovely 15th anniversary one also, which is bigger, and has the space for the photo on one page, and space for autograph on the next. That one is more expensive, but can't remember how much.

Its a souvenir all by itself, the autograph book, and you'll have to keep revisiting DLRP until all the pages are filled :rotfl: !

My DD had the 15th anniversary one last year and it's lovely... It may have been 10 euros or something similar but it's great thing to keep...

If there's a Disney Store near you, you can get one from there or even Woolies for something cheaper...

We always get one in DLRP though...

Remember folks that the pen should be a thick style, as the characters will often have difficulty holding a standard biro :)

The 15th Anniversary book is lovely - you do need to take a big thick pen though for the characters to use as the pen that comes with it is worse than useless. DD's cost 10 Euros on the last trip.

Beware though some characters don't sign autographs - such as Eeyore! DD thought it was very sad that Eeyore couldn't sign her book so signed it herself on his behalf!

King Louie can't sign, his arms and hands are too big.
But Eeyore signed my DDs book both times we've met him:confused3 .

DD didn't mind him not signing - she just thought it was very sad. The big cuddle Eeyore gave her more than made up for it!

And it was very thoughtful of her to sign for him :cutie: !

Im sure i saw Eeyore sign autographs last time. Tho not 100% sure.

Think im going to pick one up for myself on Wednesday as Kyra isnt into Autographs much, shes more into hugs :)
