Autograph book help

Hi everyone! I'm kind of new to the DISgns and have seen lots of great t-shirt ideas and autograph book ideas. I'm clueless with the autograph book ideas that I've seen. I've seen some really cute covers for the books and pages. Do you make the book? Or do you somehow attatch the cover to a purchased pre-made autograph book? If you make the book yourself how do you bind the pages?
