Autograph book covers

Hi, I am seeking two autograph book covers. One themed with Cinderella and the other a Mickey Mouse & Pluto theme. I would need them in a size 10x10.

Cinderella Cover would say Carlie's Autograph Book with the year somewhere 2013

Mickey Cover would say Chase's Autograph Book with the year somewhere 2013

We leave on Nov. 28th and I have to print the books so running low on time ;-(

If you anyone could help I would appreciate it!! ;-)
