Autograph book covers

I am looking for a few autograph covers to make my boys books for our trip. Is there someone who could make them for me or point my in the right direction? I would like a cover with all Disney characters and Walt Disney World 2009 and the boys names. I would need one for:
Luke
Evan
Griffin

Question: How customizable can you get?

I'd like 3 (if possible)...

1- Jack, maybe with Pirates
2- Emma, maybe with Princesses
3- Catherine, maybe with some of the classic Disney characters
