auto silhouettes?

Has anyone seen and/or does anyone know where you can get the little people silhouettes I'm seeing on autos? Usually has the whole family, maybe even pets included. I've actually seen one family that had mouse ears on theirs. Have googled but can't find them and don't actually know what they're called. Anyone????
