Autistic Daughter Upset Local Disney Store Closed

Hello,

I have a strange request. Our DD (7) has Austism Spectrum Disorder and decided she was a big fan of 'captain hook' in the local disney store. you may know the statue which faces opposite peter pan in some of the stores.

well long story short, our local disney store closed and captain hook is gone!

i am asking if anyone might still have an open store with this facade of captain hook.

can you take a digital pic for us? we would be enormously grateful and zoe would be happy because we can put the image in a book for her.

i know, it sounds crazy but maybe you can sympathize.

We have a Disney store at the mall by us but I'm not sure if it has the captain hook thing. I don't get there too often.

I was at our store today but unfortunately, it's a small one and doesn't have Captain Hook. I hope someone is able to help you out!!! I'll keep my eyes peeled if I go to the other mall in our area with a Disney Store.

Have you tried calling other stores in the area to see if they have your Captain Hook? WIth so many people having camera phones these days I wouldn't be surprised if an employee could snap a picture for you and send it to you.

They closed our Disney Store too!

One day about a year and a half ago I was at the mall with my DD3.5 and sort of bribed her by telling her we'd go to the Disney Store before we left. She was crushed, we walked down to it only to find it had been turned into another cookie-cutter Hollister!
