Autism and AMC

Here is something that theater chain AMC is doing with Autism society of America. Briefly they are doing monthly "Sensory Friendly Films". There are not doing it in my area, but I thought it was a good idea. I know my children have problems sitting through a movie, so we usually wait for DVD.

Oh, I wish they'd have one theater do this in our area - did they even have one listed in New England?

We do have a couple of low key theaters in our area - maybe I'll print out the article and ask them if they could do something similar, maybe during the school day so we could bring a bunch of kids from our school.

That's really cool! We always have to take earplugs with us to the movie theater when we go, as the movies are SO loud!
