Yep. Just have her tell them she has to reprint her boarding pass. No problem.

Anyone in posession of her ressie details can check her in and she doesn't have to have a BP in hand when she gets there, they'll do it there. Once checked in, you, or she, can print and re-rpint the BP multiple times so an option is for you to check her in and if her PC 'recovers', she can print it later.

Yes, you can check her in online and she can print her boarding passes when she arrives at the airport. We've done that, esp. at the 24 hour mark and we didn't have access to a computer.
