Why, have you heard she isn't?!? She was there when we went in December and was our favorite server of the entire trip. It was our first visit to 50's PTC and because of her, I wasn't planning on it being our last.
She was perfect in character and was sharp enough to pick up we had a child in the party who wouldn't get it (autism, non-verbal, etc) and she was just as sweet to her as she could be. I never explained my daughter's situation, she just sort of figured out what she needed to know. She was great with the other two children, and with the other members of our party.
She showed us her "family album" while we waited on dinner, filled with cards and photos of past cousins. One letter even said they waited for her section for 40 minutes. After our experience, I can see why.
I really hope she is still there. I was planning on taking my parents there during our November trip. I'm sure they would get a kick out of it.
She's still there and still a hoot! We saw her last week. She had taken a few weeks off, for a little adventure. She should be there in November, and seems to always work on Tuesdays. Have a fun trip with your folks.
When we go in Sept I'm hoping she's working the day we have our ADR. I'm anxious to see if our family picture is in her album, last time we went it was her birthday so I wrote "happy b-day" in green beans (she said eat them or write a nice note with them to get dessert). I mailed her the picture, it will be so cool if it's in there! She's so funny. We pulled DD out of school and she threatened to call the teacher.

As far as I know, she just does lunch. And she doesn't have her albums there right now! Not sure she's going to bring them back either. Nowhere to store them there, and too heavy to lug back and forth.
I remember reading here on the DIS about writing Happy B-day in peas! I mentioned that to her as a matter of fact, because that's how I know her birthday is in September!
She's a sly one, that Auntie Claire...she spotted my DH's greens (not even sure what they were, but DH swears he saw it growing in EPCOT at the Flower and Garden Festival ) under his chicken bones...I didn't even know he had hidden them. But you can't get anything past Auntie Claire.
