Aunt Polly's on Tom Sawyers Island

I had a question about Aunt Polly's on Tom Sawyer's for anyone who has recently gone.

I know they used to serve pickles & sandwhiches and such here, but when on looked on an updated menu on www.wdig.com , it only showed light desserts being served.

I always like to grab the kids a light lunch while playing on the island, but if they no longer serve food, I'd like to know ahead of time so we won't be disappointed.

Does anyone know ?

Someone who's been more recently might have more updated info, but when we were there last October, all they had were desserts and PB&J sandwiches. (The PB&J sandwiches weren't even on the menu board, but there was a sign saying something like "home of the world's best PB&J sandwiches," so I asked.)

We were sooooo disappointed. Lunch at Aunt Polly's and then some time spent exploring TS's Island was one of our favorite ways to "unwind" a bit at MK!

It looks like there trying to phase Aunt Polly out. Everytime we visit Aunt Polly's the Menu gets smaller and smaller.

This place was a really nice outdoors restaurant when they had food to serve. I was just there in Feb. and the only thing I remember also seeing like the other posts were PB&J sandwiches and no pickles.

Maybe there trying to get rid of the old and bring in the new. That would be nice because it would be a big waste if they just closed it.

I'm sorry to hear that . I was looking forward to eating a relaxing meal while on the island, but I guess not.

We can always eat before & just have dessert. Or my kids can have th PB&J & I'll eat ice cream for lunch . Well hopefully by the time I go, it won't be gone all together.

Actually, we were there last week and Aunt Polly's wasn't open at all! Sorry.
