Hi I have been cruising these boards for about 18 months still have some questions about dvc. Particularly aulani can a DVC member book a standard view or any view for that matter double (2 queen beds) room with dvc points or is that a cash only reservation.

The DVC rooms on points are the standard style studios with a Queen bed and a queen pullout. You'd have to rent a regular room for two beds.

Does anyone know when one would be able to book via cash for next year.

I believe I saw it posted somewhere that the 2014 cash reservations for Disney hotels start opening up in August? Not totally positive but I think that was it.
