Aulani - what room requests should I make?

We just reserved a week in Aulani in early March!!! We are going all out with a 2 bedroom villa ocean view. I am sure we will be thrilled with whatever room we get, but are there any handy tips you all have for getting an ideal room? For instance, I have two young kids (3 & 7) so I think they would rather have an ocean view on the pool side rather than on a non-pool side. What other considerations should I have in terms of floors, elevators, noise, etc?
