Aulani the 10 days before Christmas

What are the crowds like leading up to Christmas? I understand that they build the closer you get to Christmas. But I'd like to know for example is the pool area as crazy as it is in the summer or are things less hectic?

Its really great. We’re making it a tradition and will be there before Xmas this year also. Dec 15 is so chill compared to April me feb when I’ve been otherwise. By 12-22 it’s busy. From the 23rd -1st its hell I hear from my friends who stayed all the way through.
