When you call DVC member services, do you say something like "Room ending in 82 and higher floor"

You can put in a room request by the chat function, too. It's much quicker!

Yep, just make sure what you're requesting matches the category you booked. Don't ask for room ending in 82 if you booked Island Garden View, because that's not a thing.

I think I am going to request 75 or 81 Higher Room. We have a 2-Bedroom Dedicated Isalnd/Garden
