Aulani Room Request

Do you have to call MS to make your Aulani room request? The only option for pool view rooms that is available when doing online checkin is for a ground floor room. In the past for other resorts I was able to select from options or type in a request, but that option isn't available.

Pool view goes up to the fifth floor, so that's what we are gonna request.

I saw the same issue with online check-in so called the customer service line to make a more specific request. However, after reading many of the other posts, I have no great expectation of it being honored.
